Lessonly is on a mission to help teams change how they work.
“We wanted to give employees, teams, and companies access to the essential information they needed to do their jobs,” said CEO & Founder, Max Yoder, in a Nov 2017 Forbes article.
The Indianapolis company moved into its new corporate headquarters recently at 1129 E 16th Street near the Monon Trail, hiring Delv Design to transform the former school building.
According to PRWeb, the building was originally built in 1920 by Indianapolis Public Schools for maintenance operations, including musical instrument repair and furniture fabrication. It was designed by Donald Graham, who notably designed the Stutz automobile factory downtown. (Source)
The new design includes the original floors and other exposed architectural elements.
Delv Design is about elevating stories through design. “We believe that companies and organizations all have a story to tell. Both the living and the telling of that story is crucial to your success. It matters to your culture; it matters your bottom line.” (Source: company website)
All projects have one thing in common - to align a clients' workplace environment with their unique culture and brand story.
